College Programme trial registrations

When you register interest in the 2027/28 College Programme we collect the player's name, date of birth, current club, chosen programme and position, and a contact email address. We use these only to arrange and confirm trials and to contact you about the programme.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in running trials that you have asked to take part in. Because most players are under 18, we expect a parent or guardian to complete the form or agree to it.

Youth, mascot, sponsorship and job forms

Youth enquiries: parent's name and email, child's date of birth, current club and team preference — used to find the right team. Mascot requests: the mascot's first name, a parent's email and the chosen match — used to arrange the day. Sponsorship enquiries: your name, business, email and phone — used to send a sponsorship pack. Job applications: your name, email and the role — used to follow up your application.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in answering requests you have made to us.

Who can see it

Each form goes only to the person who handles it. Details about under-18s are seen only by the college programme lead, the youth coordinator, the mascot organiser and the club's safeguarding lead. The information is stored securely with our website host, Cloudflare, and sent by email through Resend. We never sell your information or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Trial registrations are deleted 12 months after the September 2027 intake (by 30 September 2028), unless the player joins the programme, when the college's own records take over. Youth, mascot, sponsorship and job form entries are deleted automatically 12 months after they are sent.
